How to teach your baby a routine

As a parent teaching a baby a certain routine might be a success in life. This routine way of life might be a life time trend for your baby or something that will change through age.
A routine trend for a baby is some type of activity which your baby adopt and implement it with out hesitation or confusion of consequence. This routine might be linked to some activities as a reminder or might be a practice over outcome. This behavioral adaptations will help parents to have a schedule in a life and also helps your infant to have a healthy life style.
The main question is now when and how to start training? What i am going to tell you is what really works for me. I have been reading a lot of routine lessons online and so on but when it doesn't work for my baby it was really frustrating. I have been worried that i will be stuck with her or she will not be able to adopt a change. But nothing to fear one day when i try one of sleeping schedule i want, it just only take a week for her to get in to it. Not only your practice also don't get worried about an age. I always believe nothing is too late in your baby life. When i first start training her night sleep routine she was 3 month which really says it is too late in most researchers blog. But it works every baby has its own way of responding ability and adaptation interest. So don't worry if it wasn't working in the past just try your best don't quit.

This are the best ways to teach your baby a routine practices.
1. Try to figure out the things you want your baby to practice be long-term. When you want your baby to have a sleeping clock it should at least be constant for months unless if you want to change your baby's activity as of your monthly shift over, It is going to be impractical for your baby to go through it. When you buy a feeding chair or something else you have to give a time gap for your baby to be ready for the next change.
2. Be patience! I know it might be so tiresome for some parents to go through this especially if you are the working one but it deserves. When you start to panic about everything your babies in respond will resist. Evidence for this is me, when i start to worry about my baby not able to sleep in bed during day time, with out feeling it i got really freaked out but the moment I realized how she became really resistive about it. I changed my environment and try it in a calm way which was helpful. This wouldn't be the outcome if i started to listen others pressure which was draining. Be the boss and decision maker in your own baby practice.
3. Try to have a pre activity for most of your routines. This practice is very important to give your little one a hint and time of readiness. For example, if you want your baby to go to bed at 7 in the evening try to have a pre bath time or pyjama change routine at 6:30, If you want your baby to sit and eat in his high chair try to have a song/conversation or bib wear time before you serve, if you want your baby to have a play time by him/herself try to make a play ground ready which they will know by themselves and play with out your assistance and so much more.........just have your own pre routine practices which in return help your baby realize what is next.

4. Most of the time baby's reaction to new routines might annoy them and resist but try to tell yourself that it is for good. Especially when it comes to sleeping and loneliness time of their practice they might cry or be uncomfortable but try. Therefore try to keep yourself calm and monitor them. This discomfort might continue for a week, if you keep it daily. But if your baby doesn't have a change in adaptation don't  push. I personally doesn't believe in push just take your time make that practice more comfortable, change the environment or else join the practice with your toddler and try it again in a smooth way.
5. The last thing you should know is you might get your baby in track as you want easy way or hard way but try to keep it without change till you make another major change in the routine. For example if your baby sleeps at 8 try to get your baby at that time unless you want your baby to sleep late or early as your biggest routine change. This means when you train your baby something try to have a life schedule to the routine. This will eliminate pressure and confusions.

The above lists will help you have a better routine and easy implementation guidance. I will always tell you that your baby is different therefore don't try to put yourself and your baby in pressure looking to others. Just the above tips are enough to help your baby, the rest planning is on to you depending on your life standard and style.
